HV8 AIR INTAKE ASSEMBLY CLIP FITTING

CNC machined billet aluminium air intake (ram pipe) for SU HV8 carburettors. Sometimes known as ‘elephant ears’ intakes, these billet machined ram pipes mimic the look of the vintage assemblies as used on the likes of pre-war Bentleys and many a supercharged special. Fitted by first clamping the adaptor to the stub of the carburettor intake, then screwing the ram pipe in place until tight. A perfect performance improving enhancement able to be fitted in the tighter spaces often associated with the pre-war car under-bonnet area. Skilfully designed and machined in house and complete with an engraved SU logo as your guarantee of ultimate quality.
