RADIUS ARM TRACKING STAINLESS STEEL SHIMS FOR STANDARD ARMS

Shims to adjust rear tracking permanantly. Recent years have seen a certain amount of activity within the specialist Mini parts suppliers as the best value for money adjustable camber and tracking brackets for the rear suspension. Although functional they can be cumbersome to use, require specialist measuring equipment where frequent changes are required (as in circuit race use) and don't always offer ultimate strength and integrity. For these reasons, the best solution to the problem is to use the MS70 adjustable camber brackets for positive camber adjustment and location and these specially manufactured shim washers to alter tracking. Manufactured in 0.020? stainless steel they are inserted between the vertical face of the outer radius arm bracket and the subframe. These shims give permanent settings and ultimate strength, yet can easily be added/removed as required. By how much the shims alter the tracking can be assessed in the workshop allowing ease of use for racers at the track. They can also be used to correct tracking on standard cars with standard radius arm brackets. These have 2.25" bolt gap holes. Shims larger in height are also available for the Mini Spares CK22 replacement rear subframe alloy section, they are CK18 with 1.75" gap for bolts
