Always get your car rolling roaad tested for best ignition/timing and emmissions after fitment. The downpipe will need cutting approx 6-8" off at the silencer end--This is the opposite end to the swollen flanged end with cut out slots which fits manifold. Fit downpipe in manifold and loosely fit or hold silencer in place to work out how much will need cutting, but remember to leave enough pipe to slot into the silencer.
