Warranty
For all products purchased on Datch.fr, you benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects.In order to know the steps to follow for any problem or failure on a product, you can contact us at the following telephone number: 00 33 1 73 43 54 85 or by email using the contact form. The warranty period is that offered by our suppliers (manufacturer or wholesaler). Usually it is 6 months or 5000 km. We will always do our best to enforce the warranty clause of the product for you, however we are only distributors and as such we will not be able to automatically substitute for the manufacturer for the application of the warranty clause. To be able to benefit from the product warranty, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice for the product.
Warranties do not cover:
• replacement of consumables (bulbs, wiper blades, batteries, brake discs, filters, fuses, brake shoes, brake pads, etc.)
• abnormal or improper use of the products.
• faults and their consequences linked to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended (competition, etc.).
• faults and their consequences linked to any external cause.
