Stock Availability
As of 2021 our stock management is set to maintain permanently available more than 18,000 different articles out of the 40,000 in our catalogue.For reasons of clarity, we have chosen to show the availability of all our products in real time.
Although inventory errors are always possible, the values displayed are a reflection of the actual stock.
We keep in stock most of the most used parts for the Mini, but also for the following makes: MG, Triumph, Jaguar, Austin Healey, and we dispatch them by Chronopost (next day delivery), Colissimo 48h (insurance included) or by transporter.
A indicated above, we offer almost 40,000 references; as we cannot stock the totality, our offer is dependent on whether articles are available at our suppliers.
When this is the case, the delivery date given is the average time needed to receive this type of article from our suppliers.
All articles proposed by datch.fr to its clients are normally available at our suppliers (otherwise it is clearly indicated).
Only when an article is definitively unavailable at the suppliers will it be removed from our sales offer.
Otherwise, it is usually possible to reorder at a later date.
You can subscribe to our "product's notification" service in order to be notified when an item comes back in stock.

This ensures a rapid and efficient treatment of your order.
After the order:
When an article ordered is found not available from our supplier, you will be notified by email.
If it should be the case that we cannot provide an article of equivalent quality and price, you may cancel all or part of your order.
A repayment/refund will then be proposed, re-credit to your bank card, bank transfer or credit to your Datch account for a later use.
When, owing to different availabilities, some articles are ready for different delivery dates, datch.fr can split deliveries.
In this case delivery charges may also be split.
However, a partial delivery will only be made with your approval.
Conversely, the customer can request a partial shipment of his order. In this case, an additional contribution to the shipping costs may be requested.
Datch.fr cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a late delivery.
Should there be an abnormal delay for an article or an order, you will be notified by email.
When payment is by bank transfer, the order will only be shipped once the money has made it to our bank account.
Should an article ordered be found to be unavailable, or should a client not accept the delivery date resultant on this non availability, we will propose a substitute article to the client who may accept or refuse it as he likes.
Should the client refuse the substitute article, datch.fr cannot in any way be considered responsible for the non availability of the ordered article in the stock of the supplier or manufacturer.
In the case of a non availability of all or part of an order, and the refusal of the delivery date or substitute article by the client, repayment will be made by transfer or re-credit to the card used for payment addressed to the name of the client who made the order and to the address of billing at the latest within 14 days from the cancellation of the order.
Datch.fr cannot be held responsible for breaking the contract in the case of non availability of articles, act of god, disorganisation, or total or partial strikes of postal or transport services and/or communications (in particular including problems in crossing the English Channel for our transporters should EUROTUNNEL traffic be interrupted by poor people seeking a better future), flooding, fire.
Datch.fr is not responsible for any indirect results of the foregoing, loss of exploitation, loss of profits, damages or expenditure, which might ensue from purchasing these articles.
